One-time PRO

Purchases are processed by Apple.

1. Summary

  • No account required.
  • User-created content is stored on your device (e.g., card profiles, notes).
  • We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising SDKs.
  • The App may offer an optional one-time purchase (PRO). Apple processes the payment.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not require personally identifiable information such as your name, address, or phone number. However, you may enter information into the App, including:

  • Selected allergens and dietary restrictions
  • Custom notes (e.g., “No shared oil”)
  • Card titles and saved favorites

3. How We Use Information

We use the information you enter solely to provide the App’s functionality (card preview, saving favorites, and reusing your settings). We do not use your content for advertising or profiling.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored locally on your device. The App is designed to work without creating an online account. We do not operate our own servers to store your card data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you use a share/export function (for example, the iOS Share Sheet), the content you choose to share will be sent to the destination app/service you select. That destination’s privacy policy will apply.

6. Analytics & Advertising

The App does not include third-party analytics SDKs and does not include advertising SDKs.

Note: Apple may collect diagnostic data depending on your iOS settings (e.g., if you enable sharing of analytics or crash reports with developers). This is managed by Apple and your device settings.

7. In-App Purchase (PRO Upgrade)

The App may offer an optional one-time purchase (non-consumable) to unlock PRO features. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.

  • We do not collect or store your payment card details.
  • We may receive confirmation from Apple that a purchase was completed/restored to unlock features.
  • You can restore purchases from the App’s Settings screen (if available).

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) without parental guidance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
