Show clear Japanese help cards in everyday trouble situations in Japan.

Japan Help Card is a communication aid for foreign travelers and residents in Japan. It provides prepared Japanese phrases that users can show to station staff, hotel staff, pharmacy staff, police officers, medical reception desks, or people nearby when typing or speaking Japanese is difficult.

Purpose

A simple communication tool for non-food situations

The app helps users communicate common problems in Japan by displaying large, readable Japanese phrases with English context. It is designed for practical situations such as transportation, lost items, hotel communication, pharmacy questions, daily help, and disaster-related assistance.

Prepared phrases

Users choose a category and open a card. Each card shows a Japanese phrase large enough to show directly to someone nearby.

Stressful situations

The app avoids complicated input during travel trouble. Users can use preset cards for lost wallets, train questions, hotel help, symptoms, and emergency contact needs.

Communication aid only

The app does not diagnose, treat, dispatch emergency services, provide legal advice, or replace official emergency and disaster information.
